Ancona–Falconara Airport, Italy

Marche Airport (Italian: Aeroporto delle Marche, IATA: AOI, ICAO: LIPY), formerly known as Ancona–Falconara Airport, serves Ancona and the wider Marche region in central Italy. It sits about 12 km west of Ancona in Falconara Marittima. The airport has also been called Raffaello Sanzio Airport, in honor of the Renaissance painter and architect Raffaello Sanzio.

In 2024, Marche Airport handled over 600,000 passengers, marking a 16% increase compared to 2023.  hat strong growth made it one of the top ten fastest-growing airports in Italy. In May 2025, the airport’s operator reported a historic first-ever profit, with operating earnings (EBITDA) of €305,000. Passenger numbers continued to climb in early 2025: in the first four months of the year, traffic was up 7.3% compared with the same period in 2024.

The infrastructure includes a single asphalt runway (04/22) that is 2,962 m (9,718 ft) long, supporting a variety of aircraft.
