A spectacular aerial view of the wonderful city of Heraklion. Departing from Heraklion Airport you will fly over the magnificent Minoan palace of Knossos, the center of the Minoan civilisation.
You will then get a bird’s eye view of Mount Psiloritis which is the highest mountain of Crete and the place were god Zeus was raised. Explore the famous traditional fishing village of Elounda from above, flying over the island of Spinalonga, which was an important Venetian fortress that became a leper colony in 1903. Heading towards the North Coast of the island you will also get to experience one of the most beautiful areas of Crete, Lassithi Plateau which is located high up on the Dikti Mountains and is not only an impressive landscape but a unique geological phenomenon.
