Corvara Ski Resort
Corvara is perfectly placed for the Sella Ronda circuit – a scenic, 26km route of mostly intermediate slopes – and for the Dolomiti Superski area with its 1,200km of piste. With lots of picturesque beginner runs spanning up from the village, you’ve got a great base for novices and intermediates alike. And with easy access to the wider Dolomiti Superski and great value area lift pass, even mixed ability groups are covered. Corvara itself has a traditional central piazza, a real mix of après options – from casual to high-end – and some unbeatable views up to the towering Sassongher mountain.
Perched just above Corvara is the pretty village of Colfosco, sitting at the foot of the majestic Sella massif and known for its beautiful gothic church.
Both villages have excellent access to the ski area via the Sella Ronda circuit. A lift from Colfosco takes you straight to the Edelweiss Valley, whilst lifts from Corvara give access to the Gardena Valley. If you need to get between the two villages you can hop on the Borest gondola, which takes just 7 minutes.
