Andermatt (1,444–2,961 m) is a high-alpine Swiss ski resort in the canton of Uri, forming part of the expansive Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ski area. Known for its reliable snow, long descents, and excellent off-piste terrain, the resort attracts both advanced skiers and freeriders. At the same time, well-groomed pistes and modern lifts make it suitable for beginners and intermediates as well.
