Gressoney Ski Resort
Comprised of two friendly, authentic Italian villages, Gressoney is at the centre of the fantastic Monterosa ski circuit.
Based at the centre of the Monterosa ‘three valleys’, Gressoney is actually two villages: Gressoney-La-Trinité and Gressoney-Saint-Jean. Champoluc and Alagna are also part of the Monterosa ski circuit, a large network of lifts and pistes, and some great off-piste terrain. Despite its excellent ski area, all three resorts are unspoilt and quiet, with a friendly, authentic Italian ambience. As such, Monterosa is considered by many to be one of Europe’s best kept secrets.
Gressoney Saint Jean (1385m) has a chair-lift serving two particularly beautiful slopes. To ski and to have a good time on the racing piste “Leonardo David” is surely an exciting experience. In Saint Jean beginners will find two drag lifts whose slopes are equipped with snow cannons. In Gressoney Saint Jean there are several pistes that are connected to one another, and have a total length of 25 km.
